Young Living Essential Oils
Incorporation:
Young living essential oils is a company started in 1989 by Gray Young. It
was started as a single man business. He cultivated lavender and other herbs in
his small plot of a quarter of an acre.
When the yield was good he prepared
Essential oils from them in his kitchen. He and his wife wanted to share this
with the whole world and thus Young Living Essential Oils’ was born.
Early years:
At first both Gray Young and his wife Mary Young worked hard for the promotion
of the company. They also shifted their office from home to Riverton. Within
four years of incorporation its production increased to 34,000 liters. The
office at Riverton now proved small and it was shifted to Payson, in an old
renovated school.
Expansion:
In 2003, the Lehi corporate office was incorporated and now it is the head
quarters of the whole world. Young also acquired the forest area in pristine
forests of St. Maries, Idaho, Mona, Utah, and Simiane-La-Rotonde, so that the
total area under cultivation was about 2000 acres. From one boiler fourteen
boilers were installed.

Young Living Essential Oils’ lays emphasis on high quality, effective products,
provide compensation plan to its customers, educating the customers. Due to
these it is now the leading producer and supplier of the Essential oils all over
the world and is keeping on growing by and large.
Offices:
Young Living Essential Oils’ has become a multinational company and has its
offices at Europe, Japan, and Australia, with burgeoning distributor communities
in Canada and South America. Very recently it has opened a store house in Briton
to see that the re is regular supply in the European countries.
Future:
The secret of its success lies in the seasoned executive team, product loyalty
and energetic sharing by the distributors. There is an ongoing educational
program and continuous research going on the products of Young Livings’ which
acts as a propelling fuel to the persons associated with the company.
