Organic Essential Oils
An essential oil is a concentrated hydrophobic volatile liquid derived from
the products of the plant and the growth they produce. They are produced from the flower, stem,
bark and roots of the plants. Some of them are even produced from the epicarp of
the fruits of the plants. It is called essential as it carries the distinctive
smell of the plant. 
They do not have any chemical properties in them. They are
produced through distillation of the plant products.
Organic Essential oils are those oils which are
distilled from the plant products and are used for therapeutic aromatherapy.
These organic essential oils are rich in the medical value and are a very good
source for natural remedies and they represent the life force of the plant.
Essential oils and aromatherapy is very effective for alternative medicine
application. Using good quality organic essential oil is necessary to get good
result in the in the medicinal value. If you want to be sure that your body,
mind and sprit work efficiently then you must be sure to use pure therapeutic
grade of organic essential oil.
The Organic essential oil’s quality depends upon the plant material that have
been extracted and the type of plant that is grown and the soil on which it is
grown. It also depends if or not the pesticides and other insecticides are used
on the plants. At present there are many companies proclaiming that they produce
pure essential oil and supply the diluted ones. Even the lands on which the
plants are grown are too certified by the government.
More emphasis is now laid on the usage of organic essential oil as people are
interested to use the natural products and not the synthetic ones may be for
treatment or body care or house cleaning. In order to get the organic essential
oil we have to cultivate the plants in the organic way. We have to use natural
fertilizers and not the artificial insecticides and pesticides.
The organic essential oils are costlier than the blended essential oils
as the cost of production of it is more. However the results obtained from using
them are far more satisfactory that they worth their value.
